She was born in London on 30 December 1964, daughter of the economist and science populariser Eduardo Punset.
She graduated in Philosophy from the University of Oxford and holds a master's in Journalism from New York University.
She collaborated with her father on the TVE programme Redes as content director and scriptwriter for more than a decade.
Compass for Emotional Navigators (2008) established her as a reference in Spanish-language popularisation of emotional intelligence.
Her children's series The Daring Ones, illustrated by Rocío Bonilla, has sold over a million copies and translates her ideas for kids.
