Shipping Policy

At HAMELYN TECHNOLOGIES S.L., we ship to various countries in Europe and Latin America from our logistics center in Madrid (Spain). We work with trusted logistics operators in each region to ensure your order arrives safely and as quickly as possible.

1. SHIPPING WITHIN SPAIN

Orders within Spain are shipped through MRW or GLS courier services. The usual delivery time is 24 to 48 business hours from when the order leaves our facilities. For orders outside the peninsula, shipments are made with CORREOS.
Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday, generally between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, although they may vary slightly depending on the area and the carrier's delivery load.
Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking number and instructions to track the package in real-time.
Delivery will be made to the address indicated by the customer, and identification and signature will be required to confirm receipt. In case of absence, MRW will make up to two additional delivery attempts. If after these attempts delivery has not been possible, the order will remain at the corresponding MRW office for up to 15 business days. After this period without collection, the package will be returned to our facilities. In this case, you must contact us through the chat located at the bottom right of our website screens to open an incident report.

2. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping from Spain to other countries is carried out through the following transport companies, depending on the customer's geography: FedEX, GLS, SPRING, FedEx. The estimated delivery time depends on the country from which the order is placed (see table with breakdown by country below), but regardless of the country, our team processes and prepares orders within a maximum of 48 hours so that the order arrives as soon as possible. Once your order has left our warehouse located at Calle de los Llanos de Jerez 1, 28823 Madrid, Coslada, you will receive an email with the tracking link within a maximum of 24 hours. You can also check the status of your shipment directly with the local courier company by providing the order and recipient details.
