«Las brujas no se quejan» is the personal development essay by Jean Shinoda Bolen, published by Editorial Kairós in paperback (108 pages, in Spanish).
The author proposes thirteen qualities for women to live old age as maturation: daring, trusting instincts, meditating, choosing with the heart, telling the truth with compassion, listening to the body, and reinventing oneself. The essay, playful and spiritual, invites reading its chapters alone or in company, for witches together can change the world.
It belongs to Kairós's Psychology collection and is the Spanish translation of «Crones Don't Whine: Concentrated Wisdom for Juicy Women», done by Silvia Alemany Vilalta.
For mature women who want to live old age fully and for readers interested in female empowerment and personal growth.
