«Tu Rostro Mañana 2. Baile y Sueño» is the second novel in Javier Marías's trilogy published by Círculo de Lectores (hardback, 317 pages, in Spanish).
Javier Marías continues the story of Jaime Deza, a Spaniard who collaborates with a nameless group within the British secret service. Jaime Deza has a gift: seeing what people will do in the future, knowing today what their faces will be like tomorrow. The novel invites reflection on the acts we commit «without meaning to», even the most violent ones.
Second instalment of the trilogy «Tu rostro mañana», begun with «Fiebre y lanza»; the work originally appeared as «Baile y sueño» in 2004.
For readers of literary and spy fiction, especially those seeking contemporary Spanish narrative.
