«Plan B» is the crime novel by Chester Himes, published by Júcar in the Etiqueta Negra collection in paperback (171 pages, in Spanish).
Those involved in the plan are ordered not to contact the police, to familiarise themselves with handling a weapon and to wait for further signals. The action takes place in the criminal underworld and moves towards a denouement in which freedom seems close at hand.
Published in 1987, it is number 8 in the Etiqueta Negra collection and the ninth volume of the Harlem Cycle. The translation is by Carlos Rojo.
Recommended for readers of crime fiction and Chester Himes's police cycle.
