«Mujeres que compran flores» is the contemporary novel by Vanessa Montfort, published by Plaza & Janés in paperback (448 pages, in Spanish).
Marina, after losing her partner, starts from scratch at El Jardín del Ángel, a central flower shop. There, women who buy flowers for reasons unrelated to themselves converge: a secret love, an office to decorate, a painting to create, or a grave. Together with Olivia, the owner, they must rethink their relationship with work, love, and family.
The work belongs to the Éxitos collection by Plaza & Janés and was published on 13 October 2016.
For readers of contemporary fiction and book clubs, especially those interested in stories about friendship, feminism, and female independence.
