«Los ancianos siderales» is the contemporary fiction novel by Luis Mateo Díez, published by Galaxia Gutenberg in hardback (256 pages, in Spanish).
El Cavernal seems to be a retirement home run by the Clementine sisters, though it could also be an ageless, timeless aerolite or a ship about to depart with the abducted. The plot, with surrealist and expressionist imagery, combines humour, mystery and a wild, dangerous adventure.
First edition published on 14 October 2020 in the Narrativa collection of Galaxia Gutenberg.
For readers of contemporary Spanish fiction who enjoy surreal stories, eccentric characters and a tone between humorous and unsettling.
