«La vida desnuda» is the book of articles and essays by Rosa Montero, published by El País/Aguilar in paperback (288 pages, in Spanish).

In compiling them, Rosa Montero adds marginal notes contrasting her view then with the present one, and addresses issues such as love, women and other worlds.
The full title includes the subtitle «Una mirada apasionada sobre nuestro mundo» and the book belongs to the collection «El viaje interior».
