«La triste historia de tu cuerpo sobre el mío» is the poetry collection by Marwan Abu-Tahoun Recio, published by MueveTuLengua in paperback (172 pages, in Spanish).
The poetry collection explores emotional bonds and the social landscape: desire, the urge to improve, the difficulty of sustaining truth and understanding between two people, and a social justice that feels distant. The verses alternate between melancholy and hope, pausing on everyday scenes that many readers may recognize as their own.
The collection was Marwan's first book of poems, published in June 2016, and belongs to the Poesía collection (no. 17) from MueveTuLengua.
For readers of contemporary Spanish-language poetry and for those who want to discover the literary side of Marwan, better known as a singer-songwriter.
