«La felicidad de los ogros» is the mystery novel by Daniel Pennac, published by Thassàlia in paperback (199 pages, in Spanish).

Benjamin Malaussène is a professional scapegoat in a department store: he gets paid to receive complaints. When several bombs explode in the city centre, all suspicion falls on him. The plot, seemingly a crime story, portrays a voracious consumer society and a very singular family tribe in the Belleville neighbourhood.

First instalment of the Malaussène saga, published in French as «Au bonheur des ogres» (1985) and translated by Manuel Serrat Crespo. The book won the Prix de la ville de Grenoble.
