«Infecció» is a collection of short stories by Sergi Pàmies, published in paperback (144 pages, in Catalan).
The stories in Infecció move between absurd humour and everyday life: recognisable situations twist until they become strange, and tragedy coexists with laughter. With direct, ironic prose, Pàmies delves into the most uncomfortable side of the everyday without falling into easy pessimism.
«Infecció» is Sergi Pàmies's second book and forms part of the Mínima Minor collection, number 27; it was published in 1987.
For readers of short stories who enjoy absurd humour and ironic observation of the everyday.
