Historia de mi palomar y otros relatos is a collection of short stories by the Russian writer Isaak Babel, published by Minúscula. The stories, written between 1915 and 1930, explore themes such as childhood, war, and revolution, and offer a vision of the Soviet, Russian, and Jewish world of the time. The work brings together autobiographical texts and the cycle that Babel wanted to publish under the title Historia de mi palomar. The NKVD services arrested Isaak Babel in 1939 and seized all his manuscripts, so the question of whether it is a finished work or not remains a mystery.

Isaac Emmanuilovich Babel was a Russian and Soviet writer, journalist, playwright, and literary translator. He is best known as the author of Red Cavalry and Odessa Stories, and has been acclaimed as "the greatest prose writer of Russian Jewry". Babel was arrested by the NKVD on 15 May 1939 on fabricated charges of terrorism and espionage, and executed on 27 January 1940.
