Catrina and her family are moving to the northern California coast because her younger sister, Maya, is sick with cystic fibrosis. Cat doesn't want to leave her friends, but the salty air of Moon Bay will benefit Maya. While exploring the neighborhood, they discover a secret: Moon Bay is inhabited by ghosts. Maya longs to meet one, but Cat prefers to stay away. As the time approaches when ghosts reunite with their loved ones, Cat must overcome her fears for the sake of her sister and herself. This moving graphic novel addresses themes of family, friendship, and acceptance in a magical and mysterious setting.
