Lola Vendetta is an irreverent young woman who speaks her mind and wields a katana against everyday injustices and sexism. After leaving a monotonous relationship, she must face her new solitary life and find within herself the acceptance and self-love she sought in others. A feminist satire with moments for laughter and reflection.
First instalment of the Lola Vendetta series, part of the Lumen Gráfica collection. The author, Raquel Riba Rossy, created the character as an alter ego to denounce everyday sexism.
Recommended for readers aged 16 and over interested in graphic humour, feminist comics and stories of female empowerment.
