Shana Abé is an American author of romance novels. She is a past winner of the Romantic Times Career Achievement Award and has won numerous Romantic Times Reviewers' Choice Awards.

Shana Abé was born in Texas and spent much of her childhood in Colorado.

During her youth, she had an international experience as a foreign exchange student in Mexico.

At the age of seventeen, she moved to Japan to work as a model.

She graduated with a degree in Drama after completing her university studies in Los Angeles.

Her prolific literary career includes 39 works exploring genres such as romance, fantasy, and historical fiction.
