«The Flatshare» is Beth O'Leary's romantic novel, published by Flatiron Books in hardback (336 pages, in English).
After a bad breakup, Tiffy looks for a cheap flat and shares an apartment with Leon, who works nights: he uses it by day and she by night and at weekends, so they never meet. They leave notes about the rubbish, the fridge and the loo, and that long-distance cohabitation turns two opposites into friends, and perhaps into something more.
First hardback edition, published by Flatiron Books in 2019; text in English. Finalist for the Goodreads Choice Award for Romance (2019) and winner of the RUSA CODES Reading List (2020).
For readers of contemporary romantic comedy and feel-good novels, with the premise of two strangers sharing a flat without meeting.
