«Duck and the Fox» is a children's book written and illustrated by Max Velthuijs, published by Egmont Childrens Books in hardback (24 pages, in English).
The story revolves around a duck and a fox and the relationship between them, with cartoon-style illustrations. On the cover, the white duck runs along an orange bank beside the blue water while the red fox hides in the grass; a fish swims in the river.
Work originally written in German; the English edition from Egmont Childrens Books was published in 1987.
Given its length and illustrations, it is suitable for young children and early readers.
