«El cocodrilo pintor» is the illustrated children's book by Max Velthuijs, published by SM in paperback (32 pages, in Spanish).
Elephant and Crocodile star in a new story: Crocodile sets up before an easel with brushes, paint pots and a blank canvas to test his talent as a painter. The result is a fun colour picture book that relies on the character's little mishaps.
It is number 6 of SM's children's collection Los Piratas. The original Dutch title, «Krokodil en het meesterwerk», dates from 1988.
For children starting to read and for readers of picture books with animal characters.
