«Taula i barra: Diccionari de menjar i beure» is a collection of gastronomic articles by Quim Monzó, published by La Vanguardia in paperback.
After six years without publishing, Quim Monzó arranges in this personal dictionary his chronicles and columns on gastronomy: ingredients, bars and restaurants, table manners and kitchen trades. The ironic tone and heterodox gaze turn the culture of eating and drinking into a portrait as entertaining as it is incisive.
First edition, published on 23 April 2017 in the Libros de Vanguardia collection; 224 pages in Catalan.
For gastronomy lovers, readers of journalistic articles and followers of Catalan literature.
