«San Manuel Bueno, mártir y tres historias más» is a collection of short stories by Miguel de Unamuno, published by Bruguera in paperback (185 pages, in Spanish).
The volume brings together the story of San Manuel Bueno, a character marked by the tragic vision of everyday life, along with three more stories. Unamuno offers a reflection on faith and existence and renews the novelistic genre, in a text that seeks to make literature a path toward life.
1985 edition. Reproduces the text revised by Unamuno in 1933, collated with the manuscript from the Casa-Museo de Salamanca, and includes an introduction by Víctor García de la Concha.
Readers of Spanish literature and Unamuno's narrative, interested in reflection on faith and human existence.
