«Queda la noche» is the contemporary fiction novel by Soledad Puértolas, published by Planeta in hardback (256 pages, in Spanish).
Aurora, the narrator, escapes an empty summer through a trip to the East. The novel interweaves chance, the mystery of other people's lives and the melancholy of what is lost with a desire that remains alive.
