Synopsis of Lota, la catxalota

Lota, the sperm whale, is a children's story that addresses the problem of waste in the sea. Lota, a sperm whale, is concerned about the growing amount of garbage in her home and, together with her friend Malacu, a crab, decides to investigate the origin of this pollution. Their search takes them to a boat full of tourists and a port, where they discover how plastics affect marine life. Motivated by what they see, the marine animals undertake a sea cleaning operation, seeking to raise awareness about the importance of changing consumption habits from an early age.
