After the failure of one of her novels, the writer Deyanira Alarcón decides to change her life and settles in Venice, where she writes an intimate diary in an attempt to understand herself. Far from her former success, she discovers a life she had not lived and confronts what truly drives her, while love appears on a Venetian stage.
This is the 5th edition, published in October 2009; the title was also marketed as «Los papeles de agua (Navidad 2009)».
Recommended for readers of contemporary fiction seeking an intimate story set in Venice, with a writer protagonist and a reflective tone.
