«Los Borgia» is the historical novel by Mario Puzo and Carol Gino, published by Planeta Publishing in hardback, 399 pages in Spanish.
Set in the Renaissance, the novel portrays the Borgia family, led by Pope Alexander VI and his children Cesare, Juan, Lucrezia, and Jofre. Amid the corruption of the Church and Vatican intrigues, the dynasty's ambition drives it to the pinnacle of power, while paying a high price for it. Puzo, author of The Godfather, weaves a story of cruel and captivating characters, victims of their own instincts.
Posthumous work by the author, originally published as The Family in 2001.

Mario Francis Puzo was an American author and screenwriter. His final novel, The Family, was released posthumously in 2001.
