«Las aventuras de Pinocho» is the children's classic by Carlo Collodi, published by Bruguera in hardback (185 pages, in Spanish).
The story follows Pinocho, a wooden puppet carved by the carpenter Geppetto who dreams of becoming a real boy. Throughout his adventures he faces deception and danger, and each lie makes his nose grow, a trait that has made him one of the most recognised characters in children's literature.
It belongs to Bruguera's Club Joven collection as number 96. Published in 1982, it is a complete and illustrated edition, with black-and-white drawings.
Aimed at children and young readers, and also at adults who wish to revisit a classic of children's literature.
Carlo Lorenzini, better known by the pen name Carlo Collodi, was an Italian author, humourist, and journalist, widely known for his fairy tale novel The Adventures of Pinocchio.
