Guía del mal padre 2

Synopsis of Guía del mal padre 2

«Guía del mal padre 2» is the humour comic by Guy Delisle, published by Astiberri Ediciones in paperback (192 pages, in Spanish).

Guy Delisle shows himself as a less-than-exemplary father who finds comic material in small domestic battles: he plays a video game against his son, scolds his daughter for beating him at hide-and-seek, and at bedtime tells them stories about murderers. With irony and self-criticism, he turns paternal clumsiness into panels and makes the reader recognise themselves in his antics.

Second instalment of the series «Guía del mal padre», published in the Sillón Orejero collection. Original title: «Le guide du mauvais père 2»; translated from French by María Serna Aguirre.

For readers of graphic humour and graphic novels who want to laugh at the small miseries of fatherhood, with a self-critical point of view.
