«El propósito de la vida» is the book of Sufi lectures by Hazrat Inayat Khan, published in Spanish by Mandala in paperback (148 pages).
The volume brings together two cycles of lectures by the Sufi master Hazrat Inayat Khan: 'El propósito de la vida', given in Suresnes in 1924, and 'La vida interior', delivered in Katwijk in 1922. In them Khan explores the meaning of existence, the nature of the soul and the path of spiritual development, with questions from attendees collected in an appendix.
These two books by Inayat Khan were the author's first titles published in India; the Spanish edition appeared in 2003.
It is a work for readers of philosophy, religion and spirituality, particularly those interested in Sufism.

Muhammad Tahir known by his title Inayat Khan, was an Indian historian during the Mughal Empire. In his work the Shahjahannama, he chronicled the life of Mughal emperor Shah Jahan.
