«El lazo rojo» is a children's story by Mira Lobe, in paperback (71 pages, in Spanish).
The story takes place on December 28, the Day of the Innocents, a date on which, as the tale itself warns, anything can happen. Nicolás goes to the fair, meets Lara, the girl with the red ribbon, and they both ride the carousel; that encounter opens the door to the unexpected.
The edition is illustrated by Carmen Lucini, belongs to the El Barco de Vapor collection, and is aimed at early readers.
A book suitable for children beginning to read in Spanish and for those who enjoy short stories set at a fair.
Mira Lobe was an Austrian writer of more than 100 children's books.
