El ángulo del horror

Synopsis of El ángulo del horror

«El ángulo del horror» is the short story collection by Cristina Fernández Cubas, published by Maxi-Tusquets in paperback (160 pages, in Spanish).

Stories in which everyday life becomes unsettling: familiar objects, houses and close people seem to have changed shape. A man who wanders naked around his house, a child who believes he is the grandfather's only heir and the appearance of a terrible angle hint at the darkest mechanisms of the mind.

This edition is from September 1996 and belongs to the Fábula collection of Tusquets Editores.

For readers of short fiction and literary fiction interested in stories with an unsettling atmosphere and psychological depth.
