«Buzón de tiempo» is the short story collection by Mario Benedetti, published by Punto de Lectura in hardback (192 pages, in Spanish).
Stories that explore the different forms of encounter: a love evoked with nostalgia, echoes of other times, unanswered calls, and identities recovered with pain. The closeness of death and the reflections worn away by time slip through smoke signals, shipwrecks, dreams, and letters, with intelligent humor, irony, and tenderness.
This edition, published in January 2007, belongs to the Formato Grande collection.
A title for those who enjoy short fiction and Latin American literature.
