«Brasil: Terra à Vista!» (A Aventura Ilustrada do Descobrimento) is Eduardo Bueno's history work, in paperback.
The book narrates the encounter of two perspectives: that of the prow, of the Portuguese arriving in America, and that of the beach, of the inhabitants of Pindorama, the land of palm trees. April 22 thus becomes the first day of the New World and, at the same time, the last of that Tupi land, Tupiniquim and other great indigenous nations.
Published in 2000 by L&PM Editores in Portuguese, the edition includes illustrations by Edgar Vasques, bibliographic references and an index.
Aimed at readers interested in the history of Brazil and Portuguese expansion, with an informative and illustrated approach.
