«Baile de corazones» is the autobiographical account by Claire Sylvia and William Novak, published by Ediciones B in hardback (308 pages, in Spanish).
Claire Sylvia, a dancer despite a heart murmur, receives a heart and lung transplant. After the operation, she feels emotions, cravings, dreams, and thoughts that come from the donor, a young man who died in an accident. The work explores cellular memory and the connection between heart and brain, and raises hypotheses about activity beyond death.
Originally published in 1997, the book falls within the realm of spirituality and popular science on cellular memory. It includes a foreword by Bernie Siegel, M.D.
For readers interested in real-life stories of overcoming adversity, cellular memory, and the spiritual dimension of health.
