«Àliens» is the science fiction novel by Damià Alou, published by fanbooks in paperback (184 pages, in Catalan).
A novel that combines the costumbrista portrait of four 16-year-old boys in Mallorca during the transition with science fiction: contact with aliens on the mountain of Lluc is taken in stride while the environment changes with mixed classes, the film Jaws, or emerging homosexuality. Absurd humour and dialogue set the tone.
Published on 12 June 2014, it is the first edition and part of the Ficció collection from fanbooks.
Readers aged 14 and over interested in science fiction and stories of friendship with humour and historical background.
