«Alegría: La felicidad que surge del interior» is Osho's essay on spirituality, published by Círculo de Lectores in hardback (216 pages, in Spanish).
Osho presents joy as the spiritual dimension of happiness: an attitude born from within by letting go of imposed models and connecting with one's own being. Against the idea of happiness as a conditioned goal, he proposes flowing with life, being grateful for what it offers, and accepting transformation as part of existence.
Translation by Flora Casas of the original «Joy: The Happiness That Comes from Within». Part of the series «Osho Insights for a new way of living».
Recommended for readers interested in spirituality, personal development, and Osho's teachings.

Rajneesh, also known as Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh, Acharya Rajneesh, and Osho, was an Indian godman, and founder of the new religious movement, the Rajneesh movement. He rejected institutional religions, insisting that spiritual experience could not be organized into any one system of religious dogma. As a guru, he advocated meditation and taught a unique form called dynamic meditation. Rejecting traditional ascetic practices, he encouraged his followers to embrace life fully while remaining unattached to worldly desires.
