Elphaba, the future Wicked Witch of the West, is born with green skin in a village in Munchkinland. First instalment of the Wicked Years saga. Original title: Wicked: The Life and Times of the Wicked Witch of the West, originally published in 1995.
Aimed at readers of adult fantasy and those who enjoy reinterpretations of classic tales.
