«Un grand jour de rien» is the children's picture book by Beatrice Alemagna, published by Trapèze/Albin Michel in hardback, in French.
A boy loses his electronic game in the middle of the countryside and, with no screens to look at, discovers what the surroundings offer: trees, birds, silence and small episodes that feed his imagination. The author turns the initial boredom into a day of observation and play, showing with delicacy how nature can be as stimulating as any device.
The edition is in French and belongs to the «Les mercredis à lire» collection from Trapèze/Albin Michel. Originally published in 2016.
For young readers who want to discover an illustrated story about boredom, imagination and the natural landscape.
Beatrice Alemagna is an Italian illustrator and author.
