«Typecosmic. Digital Type Collection: Sans Serif» is the typeface catalogue of the Institute of Typography Engineering Research, in hardback (790 pages).
A reference work that brings together digital sans serif typefaces and shows them on specimen pages: complete alphabets, numerals, signs and test texts in different sizes and weights. It includes examples such as Univers S7 Condensed and its oblique version, with sample passages to compare their reading behaviour.
Published by Benedikt Taschen Verlag in 1994 in the Evergreen series, with texts in English, German and French.
A useful reference for graphic designers, typographers and studios that need to compare sans serif fonts.
