«Tor. Tretze cases i tres morts» is the true crime chronicle by Carles Porta, published by Debutxaca in paperback (472 pages, in Catalan).
Thirteen neighbours, owners of a mountain, clash in the village of Tor, near Andorra, over interests, smuggling and pride. Carles Porta investigated the case for eight years and turned it into a literary narrative with echoes of Truman Capote, amid hatred, fear and secrets. Three dead: the mystery continues.
Work in Catalan within the «Narrativa Catalana» collection. Originally published in 2005; this edition is from January 2021. Part of the «Tor» series by Carles Porta.
