Qui êtes-vous, monsieur Sutherland ?

Synopsis of Qui êtes-vous, monsieur Sutherland ?

«Qui êtes-vous, monsieur Sutherland ?» is the romance novel by Helena Dawson, published by Harlequin in paperback (153 pages, in French).

Charlotte has been drawing the portrait of an attractive stranger sitting opposite her for ten minutes. When he notices her watching, she justifies herself by saying she is a professional portraitist; he responds with irony. Chance turns that fortuitous encounter into an unforeseen situation, the starting point of a sentimental story.

Subtitled «Portrait of a Stranger», it belongs to Harlequin's Horizon collection (no. 960) and was published in 1991.

For those who prefer classic nineties romance: a short read with chance encounters and ironic dialogue.
