In 'Politique du rebelle', Michel Onfray explores the political side of his hedonistic philosophy, magnifying the figure of the rebel whose choleric genius drives the desire for revolution throughout history. With anarchist backgrounds and a desire to re-enchant a world subjected to economism, Onfray proposes an ideal of pleasure opposed to asceticism. This radical and provocative book invites us to reconsider force in politics through disobedience, resistance, and insubordination.
