One night, Rodrigo chases the setting sun beyond Fisterra and catches it before it sinks into the sea. He sees or dreams of birds of a thousand colours and, in a biplane made of recycled cardboard and borrowed bat wings, reaches Caibarién, a secret island that only appears on maps used to make paper aeroplanes.
It is a title in the Pequeno Merlín collection from Edicións Xerais, with illustrations by Lázaro Enríquez Reyes. Recommended reading age: 5 to 6 years.
For early readers aged 5 to 6, with a fantastic and visual story that invites imagination.
