«O Peixe-Desejo» is the children's story by John Bush with illustrations by Korky Paul, published by Gradiva in paperback (28 pages, in Portuguese).
At the bottom of the ocean there is a fish that gets everything it asks for. However, it is so silly that one day it makes a wish and immediately regrets having made it. Korky Paul's illustrations show a colourful and cheerful seabed, with fish, octopuses and other animals in scenes full of humour.
The original English title, «The Fish Who Could Wish», was published in 1991; Korky Paul is also the illustrator of «A Bruxa Mimi».
Illustrated story aimed at children, with sea animals and a humorous tone.
