«No más escobas» is a children's fantasy and humour story by Andrés Guerrero, published by Ediciones SM in paperback (72 pages, in Spanish).
Matilde, a little witch, doesn't want to go to school on a broomstick. Her mother insists that all witches travel that way, so Matilde decides she doesn't want to be a witch. But what does she want to be? The story shows monsters that don't scare but spark the imagination, and it's about self-acceptance and the search for identity.
Andrés Guerrero also does the illustrations. The book belongs to the El Barco de Vapor Blanca collection and the series «Estos monstruos no dan miedo»; recommended reading for ages 6 to 7.
For boys and girls aged 6 to 7 who are starting to read and enjoy stories about witches, monsters and humour.
