«Mutante» is a science fiction novel by Henry Kuttner, published by Bruguera in paperback (284 pages, in Spanish).
The action begins with a great explosion that has transformed humanity. The mutants, hairless and gifted with telepathy, perceive others' thoughts and can anticipate their actions. Although they love, suffer and desire like anyone else, they are seen as a cursed race; the novel asks whether society can accept this minority.
This Spanish edition was published in 1983; the English original, «Mutant», is from 1953. Volume 14 of Bruguera's Colección Naranja.
For readers of classic science fiction interested in telepathy and the marginalization of a minority.
