«Mörk» is the mystery novel by Ragnar Jónasson, published by Points in paperback (284 pages, in French).
In the polar night of Siglufjördur, Inspector Herjólfur is murdered while investigating an abandoned house. His young colleague Ari Thór takes over the investigation in an apparently peaceful community, where every neighbour seems to have hidden motives. A voice confined in a psychiatric hospital may hold the key to the mystery.
«Mörk» is the second instalment of the Dark Iceland series, originally published as «Náttblinda» in 2014. The French edition of «Mörk» appeared in 2018, translated by Philippe Reilly.
For those who enjoy Nordic thrillers and mysteries set in small communities.
Ragnar Jónasson is an Icelandic author of crime fiction. He is the author of the bestselling Dark Iceland series, set in and around Siglufjörður, and featuring Detective Ari Thor.
