«Mico» is a children's book by Paloma Bordons, published by SM in paperback (101 pages, in Spanish).
The protagonist, Micaela Alfonsa, is an ordinary girl who doesn't stand out for her grades, appearance, or skills; her only striking trait is being the shortest in her class, which is why her classmates call her Mico. The story follows how she copes with this situation and how she relates to others because of that nickname.
It belongs to the El Barco de Vapor collection and was originally published in 1991.
Aimed at children aged 7 and up, with a story close to school life and peer relationships.
