«Mi vida de pirata enano» is the fantasy novel by Walter Moers, published by Maeva Ediciones in hardback (240 pages, in Spanish).
Osoazul is a little blue bear adrift at sea on a nutshell. A group of dwarf pirates rescues him and teaches him to live on board, but when he grows too big, they abandon him on an island of spirits who only know how to laugh. He escapes from there to meet characters like a whale covered in harpoons, a three-thousand-year-old bird named Mac, and a mad scientist with seven brains.
First part of the trilogy of the fabulous adventures of Osoazul in the magical continent of Zamonia, in a translation by Miguel Sáenz Sagaseta de Ilurdoz.
Recommended for readers aged 9 to 12, especially for those seeking fantasy and humor.
