«Memorias del melena» is the hunting and nature work by José Manuel Ramos Zarallo, published by Caïrel ediciones in hardback (220 pages, in Spanish).
The author recounts his hunting experiences and his relationship with the rural environment, with the wild boar as the great protagonist. The cover illustration, a wild boar against an evening sky, anticipates a book written from the animal's own perspective and with a marked personal tone.
Subtitled «Por mi pezuña y letra». First edition, published in 1993.
For enthusiasts of hunting, nature and Spanish rural traditions, as well as for collectors of hunting literature.
