«Martín, rey de los monos» is the children's adventure novel by Pedro Mañas Romero, published by Editorial Luis Vives (Edelvives) in paperback (144 pages, in Spanish).

Martín is a mischievous boy who mocks his classmates; during a trip to the zoo, a misstep sends him tumbling into the baboon enclosure. There he must fend for himself to survive fifteen days among a hostile group of primates, in an adventure that will test his character and teach him the value of empathy and self-improvement.
