«L'Orfeó Català, un cant i una senyera» is the children's comic by Joan Soler i Amigó and Pilarín Bayés, published by Edibook in hardback (46 pages, in Catalan).
The comic recreates a popular celebration around the Orfeó Català: a crowd of children and adults gathers among ornate balconies and Catalan architecture, with flags, a rainbow, a hot-air balloon and birds. The scene turns singing and the senyera into a visual tale of shared joy and symbols of Catalan culture.
46-page comic in hardback, with colour illustrations. Catalan edition published by Edibook in 1991.
For children and young people, with a visual approach to Catalan culture and symbolism.
Joan Soler i Amigó was a Catalan writer and teacher.
